Deftones The Deftones have been my favorite band ever since 1996/97. I thought it is about time I put them up as the band of the month. A friend I met back then introduced me to the deftones starting with the song "mascara" off their Around The Fur album. And then from there it was history. I bought both Adrenaline and Around the Fur and listened to them constantly. I also bought their two 2 disc set with some live stuff on it. And then now with White Pony. I love this band. I don't think theres a single song that I don't like on their albums. I still do like their two prior albums more than White Pony. Perhaps because I listened to them so much, but to me it has a different feel. I'm sure you guys know who the deftones is , but if you don't go out and get yourself one of their albums! You're missing out! I also saw them in concert finally after years of saying I want to go to see Chino up close (hehehe). I saw them at the Hard Rock Joint in Las Vegas. I don't think I'll ever forget that night.
